Frequently asked questions:
Q. Are the party tables decorated?
A. YES! Bananas will decorate your party tables with a colored table cloth, balloons, plates, napkins, and utensils. You are more than welcome to bring your own party supplies. Please let us know in advance. Bringing your own party decorations will not decrease your party charge.
Q. Do you provide invitations?
A. We will provide you with free invitations that are in postcard form with our address and directions so you can deliver them to your guests.
Q. Is there seating for adults?
A. We will provide seating for all participating guests. We offer a $3 charge for all of your non-participating adults which includes 2 slices of pizza and a small soda. We will include them in the party and have a place setting for them at your table. Otherwise, it is first come, first serve. We do set other scheduled parties a few hours in advance so we are sure to have enough table space for the next scheduled party. If there are extra tables around the restaurant you are more than welcome to use them.
Q. Is there a deposit required?
A. Yes, we require a $50 deposit. If you do cancel your party we will refund the money to you in a bananas gift card.
Q. Do you supply the cake or can we bring our own?
A. We can order a cake for you through Homestyle bakery. The cake is a 1/4 sheet, and it feeds 17-24 and the price is $14.95, or you can bring in your own cake. That is the only food that we allow to be brought into bananas.
Q. Can I take my leftover food and cake?
A. Yes! We would be more than happy to box any leftovers and store them in our refrigerator until you leave.
Q. Can I bring in any outside food?
A. We do not allow outside food. Cake and ice cream are the only exceptions.
Q. Do we eat or play first?
A. The table time is scheduled for the beginning of your party. Your hostess is responsible for taking care of your party during your table time. He/She will ask you when you want to eat. She will also put the wrist bands on the kids at the beginning and give them their tokens so they will be free to go and play while you are waiting for the food and drink.
Q. Can I order additional food off of the menu?
A. Absolutely! We can just add it to your bill. We also offer 2 slices of 1 topping pizza and a small drink to all of your adult guests for a $3 fee. Or you can order anything from the congo cafe.
Q. What is the minimum number of guests?
A. You must pay for at least 8 guests to participate in the package .
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept visa, mastercard, discover, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks, or American Express.
Q. Do you have any weekly specials?
A. During the warm months we offer $10 tuesdays. Check out the website for other specials.
Q. Can I bring in any outside food or drink?
A. No outside food or drink is permitted in the facility.
Q. Do you have a weather policy?
A. In the event that management makes the decision to close an attraction due to inclement weather, we do not give back money. We ask for your patience, and usually it will pass quickly. As soon as it is safe we will re-open the attraction.
Q. How do we get to your park since they closed off the other road.
A. Our address is 2469 West River Road. You have to go over the 25 road bridge. As you come over the bridge, get into the left lane and at the bottom of the bridge you will loop around to your left (you are now driving west) and we are about a mile on the left hand side.
